Basic case information.

The guest came to Canada in October 2019 and applied for refugee asylum. in December 2019, the guest contacted us, and we repeatedly deliberated and prepared sufficient materials and evidence according to the guest's situation. After receiving the notice of the trial, we added a lot of strong evidence before the trial, and carefully and diligently gave the guest several pre-trial trainings one-on-one, explaining the key issues repeatedly. With our unremitting efforts, the client successfully passed the first refugee trial without appeal or waiting for any other legal process, and successfully received her Canadian status!

Case Timeline.

In December 2020, the client was notified of the video court session, and we gave the client several one-on-one trainings before the session and added a lot of supporting materials.

On the afternoon of March 10, 2021, the court session lasted for four hours, and the judge made things difficult for the client, but we were able to overcome all of the difficulties, and the judge's difficult questions were basically covered in our training.

On July 29, 2021, we received a written notice from the Refugee Board that the first hearing of the Refugee Court was successfully passed.
