Federal Skilled Woker(FSW)


Basic requirements: 


       (1) 18-50 years old   

       

       (2) More than one year of working experience   

       

       (3) College degree or above   

       

       (4) Good English or French (proof of IELTS or TEF standard transcripts)   

       

       (5) Pass a health check and have no criminal record.



Immediate Canadian relatives, Canadian post-secondary education or work experience, highly educated spouses, etc., will be of direct assistance in the application




Skilled (independent) immigrants:



Anyone with certain vocational skills, a post-secondary degree or higher, at least one year of work experience, and a working knowledge of English or French is eligible to apply for skilled (independent) immigration to Canada. If your occupational skills meet the needs of the Canadian labour market. Your chances are better if your spouse has a good educational and professional background. The Canadian government regularly announces the types of occupations that are currently in demand and is constantly adjusting to market demand. There are currently hundreds of occupations that are in demand, including scientific, technical, agricultural, forestry, medical, social science workers, all types of skilled workers, skilled labourers, etc. The main criterion for independent immigrants is that the applicant must meet a minimum qualification score of 67/123 (see Technical Scoring). Other requirements: be in good health, have no criminal record, hold a valid passport or travel document (valid for at least one year), and have some financial means (not less than $12,000).
