Saskatchewan Nominee (SINP)

This program has been one of the classic Canadian nomination programs for more than 10 years, and on October 29, 2010, the Saskatchewan Department of Immigration launched a new provincial nomination program in accordance with the latest requirements of the federal government. The program is based on the applicant's intention to do business and reside in Canada, and has a great deal of flexibility.

Qualifications

Applicant's net worth is at least $300,000 (assets in the form of deposits, stocks, real estate, company assets; assets can be accumulated from the applicant's personal assets, property gifts, inheritance, joint property of husband and wife, etc.)

Applicant has at least 3 years of business or senior management experience (applicant must submit a business plan to the Saskatchewan government)

The applicant has invested at least $150,000 in Saskatchewan over a two-year period (the investment will be used to start their own business in the province or to take an equity stake in a qualifying business in the province. The applicant should have at least 1/3 of the equity in the business. If less than 1/3 of the business is owned by the applicant, then an investment of at least $1,000,000 is required)

Applicants must meet the Saskatchewan pre-assessment score of 55 or higher.

The applicant must pay a deposit of $75,000 before the nomination is approved (the deposit will be returned to the applicant immediately after the applicant has landed in Canada and completed the construction of the business or capitalized the business)
